The brewing kettle is made entirely of stainless steel. The kettle is easy to clean thanks to the water outlet.

  • The feet give the kettle a secure and stable stand

The scalding temperature for pheasants, pigeons, chickens and turkeys is 58°C - 62°C (older animals scald slightly higher). The scalding temperature for waterfowl such as ducks or geese is approx. 65°C - 72°C. The scalding time is approx. 60 seconds, depending on the size of the animals.
